Ameela (formerly known as Nucleadyn) uses polynucleotide gel technology to boost your skin’s ability to rejuvenate. As an anti-ageing treatment, it is designed to help cells retain water, improve skin elasticity and tightness, and aid in the prevention of wrinkles.
Ameela can be used on your eye area, full face, cheeks, jawline and neck.
Ameela polynucleotides treatment is specifically designed for:
Regenerate the skin in the Periocular area
Bio-restructuration of deep tissues

Ameela polynucleotides treatment can be used in combination with other treatments.
TREATMENT INFORMATION

Avoid alcohol and vigorous exercise for 48 hours
Avoid ibuprofen/aspirin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as this can lead to increased / prolonged bruising
Avoid fish oil supplements, Omega-3s, gingko biloba, St John’s Wart, Vitamin E, garlic and ginseng 48 hours prior to your treatment
Eat fresh pineapple or taking Bromelain supplements three days before and one week after injections can help with swelling
Drink plenty of water in the lead-up to your treatment, as this will help the skin to be plump and hydrated before your treatment and assist in the healing process.
Avoid planning any social events up to a week after an injectable treatment, and 2 weeks of you are prone to bruising

Technique to administer the product is tailored to each individual after a thorough assessment of the under-eye area
Local anesthetic is used to numb the area for comfort
The treatment is carried out and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete
Teoxane Post-procedure balm is applied to area which is antibacterial, with arnica and aloe to soothe the area

Avoid touching the area, and no makeup for 12 hours after treatment
Avoid alcohol and vigorous exercise for 48 hours

Avoid sun bathing, and extremes of heat or cold 14 days post treatment
Wear a minimum of spf 30 12 hours post treatment
Avoid fish oil supplements, Omega-3s, ginkgo biloba, St John’s Wart, Vitamin E, garlic and ginseng 48 hours after your treatment

Try to drink plenty water to assist in the healing
Please contact us if you experience any redness, tenderness, itching or swelling that worsens after 3 days
Please contact us immediately if you notice any white non-blanching pale area, blue, black mottling of the skin, and severe increase in pain
You need two treatments 2 weeks apart, results are seen 4 weeks after your 2nd treatment
